All astrology readings are non-refundable. Please ensure you select the correct service and time before booking. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours in advance by emailing me directly.

Missed appointments without notice will be considered forfeited.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped with care from North Carolina USA, typically within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Please allow additional time for custom artwork, grid paintings, or limited edition offerings.

Currently, due to this being a one woman show I only ship within the United States. If you're located internationally and would like to place an order, please contact me directly before purchase so we can explore special accommodations.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays & Spiritual Considerations

Occasionally, cosmic timing or energetic shifts (aka supply chain delays) may affect delivery. I ask for your grace and patience if things are running behind. I am a small, intuitive-run shop, and your order is handled with intention every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Brittany’s offerings - original artwork, astrology sessions, and metaphysical tools - all sales are final. I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. Include photos of the packaging and item, and I’ll do my best to resolve it promptly.
